Meet Alison Capper
Alison Capper is an experienced Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST) who has been supporting clients since 2007. Her journey into Craniosacral Therapy began through her own experience of healing and self-discovery, inspiring her to train professionally so she could help others. Alison's approach is gentle, compassionate and centred on creating a safe, calm environment where the body can naturally relax, restore balance and support its own healing process.

The Challenge
When Alison approached Citrus Web in 2024, she wanted a website that truly reflected her practice and gave potential clients a clear understanding of what Craniosacral Therapy is and how it could benefit them.
Although Alison already had profiles on a number of professional membership and accreditation websites, she wanted a dedicated online presence that she owned and controlled. Her goal was to build a recognisable brand, increase her visibility in Google search results, and provide a trusted place where people could learn about Craniosacral Therapy, understand what happens during a session, explore treatment options and pricing, and feel confident about getting in touch.
Just as importantly, Alison wanted a website that reflected the calm, balanced and holistic nature of her work while remaining professional, easy to navigate and welcoming to people who may never have experienced Craniosacral Therapy before.
The Solution
We began working with Alison in 2024, creating a bespoke brand identity that captured both the balanced, spiritual nature of her practice and the professionalism that helps build trust with new clients.
From there, we designed and built a clean, accessible website that explains Craniosacral Therapy in clear, reassuring language. The site guides visitors through what to expect from a treatment, introduces Alison's approach, outlines her services and pricing, and makes it easy for potential clients to make an enquiry.
Alongside the website, we worked with Sami Harrison to develop professionally designed leaflets and brochures, giving Alison a consistent brand across both her digital and printed marketing materials.
