Pat Bridge is an Integrative Counsellor and qualified Life Coach, running Space for Me Counselling in the heart of Worcester. We’d worked together previously on improvements to her existing website, so when she decided it was time for a full refresh, she came back to me to help bring her vision to life.

The Challenge

Pat reached out when she realised her website and branding no longer reflected where she was in her business journey. It felt outdated and didn’t represent the confidence, clarity, and professionalism she had developed over time.

She wanted to move away from a very personal style towards something more polished and professional, while still maintaining the warmth, empathy, and approachability that are so important in her work. The challenge was to strike that balance—elevating the brand without losing its human touch.

Promoting New Workshops

The Solution

We started with an in-depth conversation about where the business is now and the direction Pat wanted to take it. Alongside her counselling services, she was introducing new offerings, including her Understanding Self Care small group workshops held on St Mary’s Street in Worcester.

I knew bringing in the right branding specialist would be key. I introduced Pat to Sami at SH Design Malvern, who developed a fresh visual identity following a detailed branding questionnaire and competitor research. The result was a brand palette and logo that feel warm, open, and accessible, while also more refined and professional.

From there, I restructured and refined the website—updating the pages, improving the flow of content, and integrating the new branding throughout. I also created dedicated workshop pages and embedded the Eventbrite checkout to make booking simple and seamless.

The Result

The end result is a completely refreshed brand and website that truly reflects where Pat and Space for Me Counselling are today.

It’s clear, confident, and professional, while still feeling warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental. Every element has been carefully considered to help visitors feel at ease and supported from the moment they land on the site.
